Vida Tennis director Kane Dewhurst will be sharing his passion for growing the sport of tennis at the upcoming Brisbane International and Australian Open 2015.
After speaking to tennis coaches across Australia in 2014 as part of Tennis Australia’s national tour, Kane will share his passion for growing the sport with club officials, venue operators and volunteers at the Brisbane International.
His message is simple, “Tennis is a game for life, and the landscape in which tennis is play and consumed continues to change. The sport must grow and evolve as well, from coaching, to participation to the way venues manage their day to day activities. We want more people to have a tennis experience more often.”
Celebrating its eighth year, the Australian Grand Slam Coaches Conference is now a fixture on industry professional’s calendars around the world. Held at Melbourne Park from 15 – 18 January 2015, the conference creates opportunities for delegates to hear from some of the world’s best tennis and coaching experts, explore new concepts and directions, network with fellow delegates and take practical examples back to the courts.
Kane will be presenting along with the likes of Nick Bollettieri, Bruce Elliott, Paul Annacone, Roger Rasheed and more to coaches from around the world.
